  • How Long Does It Take to Get My Employee?
    We will search for your employees once you are onboard with us. It generally takes us about two weeks to find your employee.
  • How Do I Pay My Virtual Assistant?
    While your employees are abroad, HealthCare VAs is a US-based business. You will pay HealthCare VAs directly, and we will take care of the payroll for you. We accept most credit cards and ACH payments.
  • Are These VAs Employees of HealthCare VAs?
    Essentially, yes, your employees will be employed by one of our partner companies in their respective countries.
  • Do You Offer a Guarantee?
    We do not offer a money back guarantee. However, you may cancel your service at any time if you are not happy with the service.
  • Why Should I Hire Remote Staff?
    There are many reasons why hiring remote staff is a fantastic idea: Cost savings Taking over expensive and time-consuming tasks Reduce current staff's stress Prompt responses for better patient satisfaction Freeing up top performers so that they can focus on more important tasks Train your VAs like your in-house staff
  • Do I Need To Pay Taxes?
    No, we will handle the taxes and benefits for your employees. This is included in the price you pay.
  • Can I Get a Free Trial?
    No, we do not offer a free trial. Staffing is very time-consuming. Searching, interviewing, and finding great candidates comes at a significant cost. However, we do not charge our clients an installation fee or leave them on the hook for lengthy contracts.
  • Are These Employees in the United States?
    While our business is based in the United States, your employees are not. They can only perform remote work. However, we ensure that everything they do complies with regulations protecting patient information in both countries.
  • Does HealthCare VAs Run Background Checks On All VAs?
    Yes, all VAs are background-checked before we employ them.
  • Do I Need to Be Tech-Savvy For This to Work?
    Not necessarily. While having a good understanding of technology will help, we can also assist you in setting up your employees.
  • Who Will Train My VA?
    While we give all your employees essential HIPAA and VA training, you or someone from your business is responsible for job-specific training. Like any other employee, you will need to invest time and resources into training them to succeed.
  • How Do You Uphold Data Security?
    All your employees will be employed by one of our partner companies. All VAs are given company-issued equipment and are only allowed to use them for work-related activities. We also periodically make all your VAs undergo HIPAA and general VA training.
  • Are You a Call Center?
    No, we are not a call center. We know that not all businesses operate the same, especially in healthcare. Most offices require that personal touch. We will find you full-time employees who work solely for your business.
  • Do They Undergo Compliance Training?
    All employees undergo compliance training through our curriculum, including HIPAA compliance training. However, both parties are responsible for compliance training. Employers should also have their compliance protocols and training for proper compliance.
  • What Languages Will My Employees Speak?
    Your employees will be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Where Do My VAs Work From?
    Most of our VAs will work from their home. They are given company equipment to maintain security, but they will use their own internet at home.
